The Winter Springs incubator was established in 2008, as a partnership between the University of Central Florida, City of Winter Springs, Seminole County and the Florida High Tech Corridor Council. The state-of-the-art, 10,800-square-foot building features Class A office space with flexible leases, conference rooms, a spacious training room, and shared office equipment, kitchen and reception area.
